The GREEF ENERGY multi-functional converter combines several essential functions into one advanced device. It provides AC-to-DC rectification specifically designed for Permanent Magnet (PM) generators, enabling efficient conversion of alternating current to direct current. Additionally, the converter supports battery charging, ensuring reliable energy storage and management.

Beyond rectification and charging, this versatile converter also offers DC-to-AC inversion capabilities. This means it can convert stored DC power back into AC power when needed, making it suitable for a wide range of applications. Integrated within the system is an energy management unit that optimizes power flow and enhances overall efficiency.

Equipped with a configurable dual LCD touchscreen interface, the GREEF ENERGY converter allows users to customize and monitor system settings with ease. The device utilizes cutting-edge converter technology to maintain stable voltage and frequency control for Permanent Magnet Synchronous Generators (PMSGs), guaranteeing a consistent and uninterrupted power supply to connected loads.

Furthermore, the converter can be configured to operate in a grid-tied mode. This functionality enables seamless integration with the electrical grid, allowing the system to supply power directly to the grid and also perform grid charging when necessary. EMS Smart Energy Management System

The EMS smart energy management system offers multiple configurable operating modes, including off-grid, grid-tied, and grid charging. This flexibility ensures optimal performance in various energy scenarios.

Generator AC Input Side Parameters

The ACPCS series includes multiple models ranging from 100 kW to 500 kW. The rated power for these models are as follows: 100 kW, 150 kW, 200 kW, 250 kW, 300 kW, and 500 kW. All generators operate at a rated voltage of at least 240 Vac, with an optimal rated voltage of 450 Vac. The start voltage of the system is equal to or greater than 180 Vac, and the AC voltage working range spans from 150 Vac to 550 Vac.

Regarding the maximum AC current, it varies depending on the model. For instance, the 100 kW model has a maximum AC current of 241 A, while the 500 kW model can reach up to 1203 A, with intermediate models having proportional current ratings reflecting their power capacity.

Battery Input Data

The system is designed to work with lithium-ion batteries. The battery voltage is customizable, with a rated voltage range between 400 Vdc and 900 Vdc to suit different applications. The maximum charging and discharging current also varies by model: from 250 A for the 100 kW model, up to 750 A for the 300 kW model, while some models like the 200 kW are rated up to 600 A, accommodating the power requirements of each configuration.

Output Side Parameters (Grid-Connected)

On the output side, the rated charging and discharging power ranges similarly from 100 kW up to 500 kW depending on the model. Maximum charging and discharging powers can exceed the rated levels, with peaks reaching as high as 360 kW and 600 kW for the 300 kW and 500 kW models respectively.

The rated charge and discharge currents vary from 144 A for the 100 kW model to 433 A and above for larger models. The maximum charge-discharge current also scales accordingly, with the highest being 866 A in the 500 kW unit. The systems support a rated grid voltage of 400 V, with an acceptable grid voltage range between 300 V and 460 V. Both 50 Hz and 60 Hz grid frequencies are compatible.

Performance characteristics include a total harmonic distortion rate of less than 3% at rated power, a power factor greater than 0.99, and an adjustable power factor range from -1 to 1. The system also features an overload capacity allowing continuous operation at 1.2 times the rated power for one minute, ensuring robust performance in demanding conditions.
